With the ever popular love of home baking many people want to provide their own delights for their guests to sample – that is why the Cherry Catering Company has launched a sister service Cherry Vintage China Hire to provide beautiful, elegant china to provide the finishing touch.

Since 2012 we have been privileged to supply vintage china tea sets for many events including weddings, funerals, baby showers, christenings, hen parties and birthday parties for all ages from 18 to 100!! We have been delighted by the opportunity to be part of so many special celebrations at numerous beautiful venues throughout Norfolk and Suffolk.

We are passionate about providing you with the best experience for your vintage event, wedding party or English afternoon tea and we will do all we can to meet your requirements. We are constantly adding to our fine vintage china rental collection so please ask us if there is anything specific you require and we will do our best to source it for you. With over 200 sets of cups, saucers and side plates available we are confident of matching your style/colour scheme. To get a feel for the china and its loveliness it can be arranged to view some of the collection. Please ask.
Our vintage china has been enjoyed at intimate afternoon tea parties for as few as six people. but we have also provided our shabby chic crockery for over 150 guests. So if you’re organising a party, a corporate event, a photo shoot, a charity fund raiser (special rates) you can be assured a timely, professional service from Cherry Vintage China Hire.
We hire the china throughout Norfolk and Suffolk – you don’t even have to wash-up, due to its fragile nature we simply ask you to return the items in our protective crates and we’ll don the rubber gloves! The cleaning charge is included in our hire costs.
Delivered in protective boxes.
Our china cups and milk jugs are delivered in correx boxes – each cup has a section – easy for repacking – no bubble or newspaper necessary. Saucers and side plates come in plastic crates – again with dividers to help protect them and to make the packing easier.
How much do I need?
With our years of experience we are more than happy to advise on the amount of serving ware that would be appropriate for your event. The number of cups and saucers is easy, but how many tiered cake stands, sandwich plates and sugar bowls are necessary?
